HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you call FRONTIER a Personal Trainer will book a suitable time for a consultation, which will incorporate an informal chat which is free, and no obligation. If you decide that this is for you then all sessions are paid in advance in blocks.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Your first training session will incorporate a get-to-know aspect for you and the trainer. You will have a full explanation of what to do and guided at your rate through the session. After the first session you will be ready to enjoy your training and reach the goals you and your trainer have decided upon. You should expect someone who will lead the sessions, be there for any questions you need answering, your trainer is there to motivate you and provide you with inspiration. To help you change and build a better life through helping you change. You will have someone who can help you through the session.

WHAT DO I NEED?

All you need is yourself and an area to workout in. Home Training can be done virtually anywhere. All equipment will be brought by the trainer.

HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?

60 minutes (can be shorter)

Think of a convient time for an initial consultation for a personal chat about what would be the best personal training package for yourself. The initial chat is free or you can start straight away with the first session.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Depending on what package you would like the cost varies.
Cost per session: £35-00 per hour session (30 mins - 20-00 pounds)

Block Sessions: Discounted rate
First session and overall analysis: £35-00

Group sessions - 2, 3 or 4 people per 1 hour session - You split the cost of 1 hour.


WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?

The aim of all sessions are to maximize what you get from each training session, the aim of the session is to educate you on what and how to perform the correct exercise, motivate you on your good and bad days, create a environment that makes you want to exercise, make training enjoyable and different. You can train at your home (you do not need a gym) or at our gym with full cardiovascular equipment, machine weights and free weights.

WHAT DOES TRAINING INCLUDE, WHAT WILL I DO?
The training that you will do with a trainer will only be possible with a Personal Trainer. A personal training session is just that, personal to your needs. A trainer will provide you with the motivation and direction you need. You will not only wonder why you have not had one before but you will also see a different side to training, fun and effective.
